This manual was issued by the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture to establish guidelines and standards for best practice guidelines for wheat farming. It is published for the information of all relevant stakeholders.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in the Bureau of Agriculture, the following manual is issued:
1. Purpose
This manual aims to establish clear procedures and standards for the relevant activities within the Oromia Regional State.
2. Scope
This manual applies to all relevant departments, offices, and stakeholders within the Oromia Regional State responsible for best practice guidelines for wheat farmi.
3. Implementation
The implementation of this manual shall be overseen by the relevant department of the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture.
4. Compliance
All relevant parties must comply with the provisions of this manual within the specified timeframe.
5. Review
This manual shall be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
6. Effective Date
This manual shall come into effect on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
