NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in the Bureau of Agriculture, the following plan is issued:

This plan aims to establish clear procedures and standards for the relevant activities within the Oromia Regional State.
2. Scope
This plan applies to all relevant departments, offices, and stakeholders within the Oromia Regional State responsible for mid-term review report 2023.
3. Implementation
