NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in the Bureau of Agriculture, the following regulation is issued:
1. Purpose
This regulation aims to establish clear procedures and standards for the relevant activities within the Oromia Regional State.
2. Scope
This regulation applies to all relevant departments, offices, and stakeholders within the Oromia Regional State responsible for regulation on agricultural market standa.
3. Implementation
The implementation of this regulation shall be overseen by the relevant department of the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture.
4. Compliance
All relevant parties must comply with the provisions of this regulation within the specified timeframe.
5. Review
This regulation shall be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
6. Effective Date
