NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in the Bureau of Agriculture, the following publication is issued:
1. Purpose
This publication aims to establish clear procedures and standards for the relevant activities within the Oromia Regional State.
2. Scope
This publication applies to all relevant departments, offices, and stakeholders within the Oromia Regional State responsible for annual agricultural review 2023.
3. Implementation
The implementation of this publication shall be overseen by the relevant department of the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture.
4. Compliance
All relevant parties must comply with the provisions of this publication within the specified timeframe.
5. Review
This publication shall be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary.
6. Effective Date
This publication shall come into effect on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
