NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in the Bureau of Agriculture, the following plan is issued:
1. Purpose
This plan aims to establish clear procedures and standards for the relevant activities within the Oromia Regional State.
2. Scope
This plan applies to all relevant departments, offices, and stakeholders within the Oromia Regional State responsible for annual work plan 2026.
3. Implementation
The implementation of this plan shall be overseen by the relevant department of the Oromia Bureau of Agriculture.
